Rewards & Coupon Policy

Effective July 1, 2026

Membership in the Insider Club is our way of thanking you for choosing Sheec. This policy explains how rewards are earned and redeemed, how shipping benefits work across membership tiers, and how offers may be combined. We have recently refined these terms to keep the program rewarding for our members and sustainable for our team — the key updates are summarized below.

Recent Updates — Effective July 1, 2026

Complimentary U.S. shipping is now provided according to your membership tier and order value. The prior benefit of complimentary shipping for members regardless of tier or order size has ended.
Points earning rates have been updated and now vary by membership tier.

Membership Tiers

The Insider Club has three tiers — Classic, Plus, and Premium. Your tier is determined by your qualifying purchases over the preceding twelve (12) months, and is reviewed on a rolling basis.

Classic — complimentary membership, open to all.
Plus — qualifying purchases of $100 or more in the trailing 12 months.
Premium — qualifying purchases of $250 or more in the trailing 12 months.

Shipping Benefits

Effective July 1, 2026, complimentary U.S. standard shipping is provided based on your membership tier and order value. Members receive complimentary U.S. standard shipping on qualifying orders that meet the following minimums:

Classic — orders of $35 or more.
Plus — orders of $30 or more.
Premium — orders of $25 or more.

Non-members receive complimentary U.S. standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. Order minimums are calculated on the order subtotal after discounts, and before taxes and shipping. Shipping benefits apply to U.S. standard shipping only.

Earning Points

Members earn points on qualifying purchases. As of July 1, 2026, earning rates vary by tier:

Classic — 1 point per $1 spent.
Plus — 1.5 points per $1 spent.
Premium — 2 points per $1 spent.

Points are calculated on the amount paid, after discounts. Points earned on an order may be adjusted or reversed if the order is later returned or cancelled. For full earning details, current bonus-point events, and redemption options, please see our rewards program page.

Redeeming Rewards

Points may be redeemed for the rewards displayed in your account, beginning at 40 points. Rewards are issued as single-use discounts, apply to a single order, and have no cash value. Redeemed rewards cannot be refunded, reissued, or exchanged for cash.

Combining Offers & Sitewide Sales

Reward redemptions and discount codes cannot be combined with one another, with sitewide sales, or with other promotions, unless expressly stated. During sitewide sale events, reward redemptions are paused. Members continue to earn points during these events — including any bonus-point event then in effect — which may be redeemed once the event concludes.

General Terms

Points and rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points may expire in accordance with program terms. Membership tiers, qualifying thresholds, earning rates, redemption options, and benefits are subject to change. Sheec reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Insider Club program or this policy, in whole or in part, at any time; changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
