How are Sheec® Socks Designed?

Sheec® socks are not only designed for the everyday man and woman, but they are designed with the entire outfit (head to toe) in mind.  Sheec® socks not only complement and protect your look, but also provide you with the comfort and protection that socks should.

What Materials are Sheec® Socks Made Of?

Sheec® strives to use a material composition that works for the sock’s function and design.  Cotton is a key ingredient in most of our products as cotton provides for an excellent wearing experience absorbing sweat and providing comfort. Please refer to each product page for details.

Do Sheec® Socks Require Special Care?

Sheec® socks are easy to care for! Just wash with your other delicates and air-dry. We recommend delicate cold cycle or cold hand wash. You may tumble dry on low but air-dry is recommended.

Where are Sheec® Socks Manufactured?

Sheec® socks are made in South Korea and Vietnam using only the highest quality materials. All the design decisions and packaging happens in our headquarters in NYC.

How are Sheec® Socks Sized?

Unlike other socks, Sheec® socks are not designed according to sock sizes but by shoe sizes. This is to provide you with a more accurate fit. Please refer to our size chart on each product page for detailed sizing guidelines.

Why Does the Size Charts Show Some Overlap for Some Product Lines?

Because we strive to design socks that have a better fit, we provide our size guidance according to shoe sizes.  However, not every foot is the same and while you may wear a particular shoe size due to the width of your foot, your feet may be between shoe sizes.
If you are on the borderline of our size charts or between sizes, we recommend that you size up.

Can I Place an Order by Phone?

All purchases must be made through our website. Should you have questions before placing an order, please use our Contact Us page.

How Is Sales Tax Calculated?

Sheecs.com is obligated to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York State addresses. The appropriate tax will be added to your total at checkout.

How Are Coupon Codes Applied?

Simply input the code in the section dedicated for promotional codes in the Checkout Page. All of our coupon codes are exclusive, meaning that only one code can be applied for an order. Items marked down are excluded. We reserve the right to end promotions at any time.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we will not be able to accept your cancellation request, and it will instead be handled as a return.

What Type of Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, and JCB. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.

I’m Interested in Distributing Sheec® Socks or Want to Place a Large Quantity Order. How Can I Get More Information?

For a bulk order discount inquiry, please contact us.
To open up a wholesale account, fill out our application here. To qualify for wholesale you will need to have a retail store with either a storefront or online shopping cart and a tax ID number.

Does Sheec® Ship Overseas*?

Yes, we do!
Just simply select the carrier and speed that works best for you! It is the customer's responsibility and duty to be aware of and pay any customs processes or fees that may be incurred. For your shopping convenience, please refer to this chart for Tax and Duty De Minimis per country.

How Does Shipping Work?

 We ship Monday – Friday business days from Brooklyn, New York, USA. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. Most of the time your order will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours! If an item is on back order, we will call or email you with an approximate ship date.

  • Standard option:
    Via USPS First Class Mail or USPS First Class International Mail for international orders. Most orders shipping to destinations within the continental United States should be received within 3-5 business days of shipment. And International Order may take anywhere from 6-28 days.
  • Expedited option:
    Via FEDEX. Most orders shipping to destinations within the continental United States will be received within 2 business days of shipment. International Expedited shipping through FEDEX is available.

Does Sheec® Ship to Multiple Addresses?

Please be advised that if you want to split shipment to multiple addresses, you will have to place each order separately.

What’s the Return Policy?

If you’ve received your Sheec® socks and decide that you no longer want them, they can be returned up to 30 days after the original order date as long as our socks are in their original packaging and unused. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the return we will issue you a full refund for the product. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded. You may contact us to submit a request for a return.

What If I Want to Return an Item that was Purchased with a Promotion or Discount?

If you used a discount or promotional offer when purchasing an item and you would now like to return it, the amount that will be issued back to you will be for the actual amount paid at the time of purchase, not the current selling price.

Can I Have a Return Label Sent to Me?

If you would like a return label sent to you, please contact us. Our returns department will process one and send it to your email.
Please remember that the customer will still be responsible for the shipping costs for the return, and once we receive your return we will issue you the refund minus the costs for the return label. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded.

What If I Received a Defective Product?

We take pride in the integrity of our socks. If you believe you’ve received a defective pair, please contact us immediately so that we can do everything we can to make things right.

What If I Haven’t Received my Order or it was Damaged Upon Arrival?

Please contact us immediately with your order number so that we can do everything we can to make things right.

What’s the Exchange Policy?

If you’ve received your Sheec® socks and would like to exchange them for a different size or color, please contact us to begin processing the exchange.
Items cannot be exchanged if the products have been worn and used. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but we will ship out the replacement order to you at no additional cost.

Why Can I Not Return Used or Worn Socks?

Please understand that we not only take our customers’ requests seriously, we also take hygiene seriously. Socks are like underwear and even used clothing drives do not accept socks as donations. If you have a problem with your socks, please contact us with your particular issue.

Undeliverable Packages

We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undeliverable packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order and make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
