Our feet have one of the toughest jobs in our body. All our weight is concentrated in these two small, pointed areas. Performance no-show socks have one of the toughest jobs in our wardrobe. They are designed to stay inside our shoes, but they are expected to do everything good athletic socks do. In our previous article, we talked about how the simple yet thoughtfully structured socks can stay in place. This time, we are going to take a look at how compression, cushioning, knitting, and yarns work together to improve your performance and comfort.
ComFits Blister Tab
Within our performance lineups, the ComFits Collection was developed for various sports — running, cycling, golf, training, and many others. It is also designed to accompany you throughout the day, to suit most of your daily activities. Think of it as a pair of socks you can wear into the office in the morning and head straight to the gym after work without the need to change them.
Our no-show model, ComFits Blister Tab, brings all the performance features into a pair of silhouettes that stay hidden inside your shoes.
Built for Stability
It all starts with compression. ComFits Blister Tab applies gentle, targeted pressure throughout the socks, keeping them firmly wrapped around your feet. This secure fit is crucial during exercises because it helps minimize your feet sliding inside the shoes, which can cause blisters and injuries.
If securing your feet is the key, then accuracy is a must. Our ComFits Blister Tab is constructed with an ergonomic left and right foot. Each side is shaped for the foot it's worn, in order to distribute pressure, weight, and flexibility more evenly and naturally.
The soles of the socks are also designed with care. They are made with a dense, structured knit to help reduce slipping between the foot, the sock, and the shoe.

Cushioning Matters
Different activities put stress on different parts of the feet. Sports like golf shift weight across the foot at every swing. This very reason requires good performance socks to place cushioning strategically so the areas that experience the most impact are always protected.
For example, during long runs, the instep can experience pressure and friction. We added extra cushioning to help minimize the stress. The socks' signature blister tab serves a practical purpose too. The heel tab creates a barrier between the shoes and Achilles tendon where blisters often occur.
In any case, the goal isn't about adding extra bulk all over the socks. Each section is chosen for a reason—to provide protection to your feet as you go through different activities. Though it's not always about adding things. Removing unwanted things is as important. The seamless toe minimizes the seam around the toes to reduce irritation that can become noticeable over intense movements or long hours on your feet.
True comfort comes down to those smallest and overlooked details. Even our logo on the bottom of the socks was carefully considered. Usually, socks require some additional stitching for logos or size markings on the sole, which can leave tiny embossed areas underneath the sock. These small inconsistencies will become noticeable, much like seams. To avoid that, ComFits uses a method called proprietary knitting to keep the marking areas nearly level with the surrounding areas to provide a smooth feeling underneath the feet.

Staying Cool and Dry
Comfort isn't always about compression and cushioning. Keeping your feet cool and dry is just as important. We applied a breathable mesh knit on top of the socks to allow heat and moisture to escape more efficiently. The yarn plays a crucial role. To keep the socks staying dry, ComFits uses a fiber called AquaX + AeroDri. It is specifically engineered to quickly move sweat away from the skin and spread it across the yarn's surface for fast evaporation.
Designed to Disappear
When all the technologies are added together, we have a pair of socks that can reduce your foot fatigue and provide what we call a "true comfort." Your feet support you throughout every day, across every mile, at every workout. If a pair of no-show socks can support you with every step you take without demanding any attention, then perhaps they are doing exactly what they are designed to do—to disappear, because at the end of the day, comfort isn't something you notice but something you forget.
