The Felix Organization was founded in 2006 by Rock ’n Roll Hall of Famer, Darryl “DMC” McDaniels and Emmy Award winning casting director, Sheila Jaffe. Both adopted and grateful to have been “taken home”, they were compelled to enrich the lives of children growing up in the foster care system.

THE FELIX ORGANIZATION is on a mission to provide inspiring opportunities and new experiences to enrich the lives of foster children.
Since its inception 18 years ago, the Felix Organization has served over 16,000 children in the foster care system, sent over 4,000 children to seven camps on two coasts, and distributed over $400,000 to 10,000 individuals in need to support foster children in following their dreams and goals.
