On a recent order a sock came out of the delicate wash cycle with a damaged heel seam. I was disappointed because I’d only worn them once. It took me a bit to reach out to Sheec to see if they could resolve the issue and I felt uncomfortable emailing customer service. I explained the issue and attached photos. Sheec didn’t skip a beat! They immediately sent a new pair. Easy peasy. Customer for life!
